Resale Documentation

You are required to provide your State’s resale documentation prior to placing your first order. Both the business name and address appearing on these documents should match the business name and address on the Account Application. International customers are not required to submit a resale certificate. Please download the "resale certificate" form here and email it to support@nissoandco.com or upload it with your application here

Order amount minimum

The minimum order is $500. Please note-shipping is not included.
Minimum 6 pcs purchase for the following lines: Sterling Silver, Brass, Gold filled
Minimum 12 pcs purchase for Stainless Steel line.

Shipping

Please allow 1 business day for order processing. All orders placed will ship next business day. You can request for rushed orders at your expense. if any styles are out of stock, they will be automatically cancelled and your account refunded. Once your order is shipped we will email you tracking number associated with your order.
International buyers please contact us in case you need a reliable freight forwarder.
Orders ship from our warehouse Brooklyn, NY USA.

Returns due to Shipping Errors/Damaged Goods

Returns ( damaged, defective, or incorrect products) must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and will be eligible for replacement of the original item or store credit.  Inspect your products immediately.  Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with tags.  Seasonal items are considered final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days from the receipt of merchandise.  All other returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  To initiate a return please  contact us at support@nissoandco.com and we will provide you with a return authorization RA form.

Payment is processed at checkout. No goods will be shipped until payment has been received in full. We accept credit cards including:

Please note a 2.5% charge will be added for orders paid with credit cards. It is your responsibility to keep all credit card information up to date with Nisso & Co. Trading Corp.

We also accept payments by:

• Certified check
• Money order

In case your purchase exceeds $2000 please submit a one time authorization form with your picture ID and signature. Please download it here and email it to support@nissoandco.com
