We accept returns for merchandise within 7 days after receipt of delivery for a store credit. Please submit return requests by email: support@nissoandco.com.
All returns must have an authorization number or they will be returned back to sender.

- Returned merchandise must be in new, saleable condition with original packaging. Rings must have tags still attached. Items marked as Final Sale, or Seasonal are not eligible for return.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply if items are returned without original tags or packaging or due to buyers remorse.
- Final Sale items that are damaged upon arrival must be reported within 3-days of receiving the order.
- A refund will not be issued for items that are returned damaged due to improper packaging.
- Shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping & handling fees as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
